As the ombudsperson of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, I and my team are available to advise and support you in your dealings with the administration. My goal is to find a mutually agreeable solution if you have problems with an authority.

As the state police commissioner, I am the contact person for complaints from citizens who have problems with the police of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate. Police officers can also contact me directly with complaints in connection with the performance of their duties without having to go through official channels. I am therefore equally a parliamentary representative for citizens and police officers.
